The leadership of Sea Walker Media Corporation (parent company of Singing News Magazine, Singing News Radio, SingingNewsTV, and The Gospel Greats) has announced that Dr. Tim Hill has joined the organization’s Board of Directors.
A graduate of Lee University, Dr. Hill has served in national and international Christian leadership for several decades. As General Overseer of the Church of God (Cleveland, Tennessee), Dr. Hill serves as Presiding Bishop for more than eight million members of the church in more than 190 countries around the world.
In addition to his 47 years of ministerial work, Dr. Hill is a Gospel music recording artist and songwriter, writing many songs that are quite familiar to the Southern Gospel music community. The Hoppers, The Collingsworth Family, The Kingsmen, Gold City, The Dixie Melody Boys, Ivan Parker, The Pfeifers, Goodman Revival, The Speer Family are just a few of the other artists who have recorded Dr. Hill’s songs since he began writing at the age of 12. He is also a highly respected author, with several Christian books to his credit.
