Submit Your Music to SOGR Radio
Thank you for your interest in submitting your music to SOGR Radio.
Our Music Team reviews every submission, and we are always looking for
quality songs that fit our station’s format and mission.
If you have a song you’d like us to consider for airplay, please use one
of the submission options below.
🎵 Option 1: Email Your MP3 (Preferred)
Please email your MP3 submission to:
radio@sogrradio.com
Tip: If your file is too large to email, please include a downloadable
link (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.).
📀 Option 2: Mail a Physical CD
You may also mail a physical CD submission to:

📋 Submission Checklist
To help us review your music as efficiently as possible, please include
the following information with every submission:
Required
- MP3 audio file (radio-ready)
- Artist / Group name
- Song title
- Contact name and email address
- City and state
Strongly Recommended
- Album or project name (if applicable)
- Radio edit / clean version
- Short artist bio (2–3 sentences)
- Links to website, social media, or streaming platforms
- Release date
- ISRC code (if available)
Optional (But Helpful)
- Press kit or one-sheet
- Official artwork (square image preferred)
- Station ID / liner
(Example: “You’re listening to SOGR Radio…”)
🕊️ What Happens Next
- Our Music Team reviews all incoming submissions.
- If your song fits our programming, we may contact you for additional details.
- If selected, your music may be scheduled for airplay.
Please note: Submitting music does not guarantee airplay.
Due to the volume of submissions we receive, we may not be able to respond
to every submission.
